Premiere Pro laggt bei angeschlossenen Kopfhörern

Ich besitze drei verschiedene Bluetooth-Kopfhörer:

  • 1 × Google Pixel Buds Pro 2

  • 1 × ältere Beats-Kopfhörer

  • 1 × Jabra Evolve2

  •  

Bei den ersten beiden Kopfhörern ruckelt die Wiedergabe und der Ton kratzt komplett, wenn ich ein Video in Premiere Pro abspiele (siehe Video).

Mit dem Jabra Evolve2 funktioniert alles problemlos. Wenn ich den Sound direkt über die Laptop-Lautsprecher wiedergebe, läuft ebenfalls alles einwandfrei.

Ich habe bereits unter Voreinstellungen → Audiogeräte alles ausprobiert, gegoogelt und so weiter … aber leider keine Lösung gefunden. Hat jemand von euch eine Idee?

Everything looks fine.  You should not set the “Wartezelt” setting so low.  Set it to 200 or higher and see if that helps.


Also, Bluetooth is notoriously poor for high quality connections.  When using the microphone with a bluetooth headphone the sample rate will switch to a very low setting, sometimes automatically.  This is just inherent to how bluetooth work. 

Premiere needs to have a full duplex device for optimal usage.  You might need to experiment with using the different virtual blue tooth devices that are presented to the operating system, and avoid using the headsets built in microphone.

 

Essentially, you cannot activate the bluetooth microphone while using Premiere or it will cause issues with playback.

Set “Preferences>Audio Hardware>Default Input…” to No Input setting and see if that fixes the issue.
