Premiere pro lumetri glitching when using CUDA

Hello,
When using lumetri color in color tab, my lumetri scopes start to flicker over my program tab over my footage and sometimes my program monitor-footage ends up in lumetri scopes tab. Using adjustment layer seems to help art first but as soon as I add more adjustments than basic ones, for example when I touch the curve, it starts to flicker. There are generally performance issues and I can't export, my drone shots are not playing for some reason, rather stay still. Turning the  CUDA off in my project settings helps but that involves a bunch of other performance problems. Doesn't matter which footage I use, everything is the same from any camera. Tech stuff from Adobe checked my system twice but no help, they reinstalled drivers and we've done a Win update. I reinstalled Premiere pro, no luck. I'm waiting for their feedback but I need to work, it is getting worse and I'm on field. Two weeks ago it started flickering and now it got worse, flickers all the time+performance issues, new PP update didn't help. Legion 5 pro, R7 5800h, RTX3060, 16GB RAM. Win 10 pro. Premiere is 23.2., no addons or plug in-s. Hardware-wise, everything is ok and I never had this issues before on laptop or my desktop. Does anyone have any suggestion? Thank you
