Premiere Pro Markers | Bug or User Error?

I have a situation where I'm using my chapter markers to save timecodes for later usage when publishing content on YouTube for my clients.

There is this problem I'm facing, and this is in the latest version of Premiere Pro on Windows 10, my comment markers are reverting back to colors that I didn't choose and I can't understand why. Not sure if this is a bug, or have I accidentally selected a shortcut key that is causing my markers to ignore my command to be red and revert back to blue regardless of my preference?
