Premiere Pro/Media Encoder CC2018 Memory Leak When Caching

I've noticed this before and then I just cleared my cache so I'm experiencing it. No matter how much or how little memory you reserve for Adobe products in preferences, while conforming audio for large projects, Premiere or Media Encoder slowly fills all available RAM on my computer until either I notice it, and quit the program, or I run out of memory entirely and everything crashes. Once conforming is done, memory acts normally. So, since I just cleared my cache for another issue I'm having with Premiere, I have to restart Premiere every 5-10 minutes to keep my computer from crashing. I specifically downloaded a CPU/RAM meter to have on the bottom of my screen so I'd know when to quit Premiere.
