Premiere Pro Multicam slowed down playback
For many years I edited podcast multicams with premiere pro.
Normally 3 or 4 cameras, 1080p, proxy with lower resolution for heavy footage, 4 wav 48khz 16bit audio tracks, 2 hours long, all vfx and audio effects applied after first cut.
Recently multicam playback slowed down a lot, making impossible to make the first cut. I press the button 1, 2, 3 or 4, and the cut its made after too many frames, before was almost instant, and before i could fastfoward while cutting and it worked smooth, now, it can't even playback in normal speed and make the cut after 15min cutting.
Someone could help me improve performance? Thank you!
