Premiere pro ne s'ouvre pas

Bonjour, 

 

J’ai un problème avec Premiere pro (dernière version 26.2.2). Ca ne s’ouvre tout simplement pas. 

 

Des que je clique pour démarrer, une fenêtre noire s’ouvre, et puis disparait après 3 à 6 secondes. 

Photoshop fonctionne, c’est seulement premiere pro. 

 

J’ai desinstallé les plugins, désinstaller, réinstaller, éteins mon pc, fait les mise à jour, vider les caches et réinitialiser premiere, rien ne fontionne. 

 

 

Est-ce que vous auriez une idée de ce que c’est ?

    Dear Elodie,

    Thanks for the post. Sorry you’re running into this. Since Premiere is only showing a black window briefly and then closing, while other Adobe apps still work, this sounds more like a Premiere-specific startup issue rather than a full Creative Cloud problem.

    A few things I’d try:

    * Launch Premiere while holding Shift to bring up the Reset Options dialog box.

    * In that window, try:

    * Reset App Preferences (note: this will reset certain customization/preferences)

    * Clear Media Cache Files

    * Reset Plugin Loading Cache

    * Disable Third-Party Plugins (one-time test)

    * Temporarily disconnect any external monitors, docks, or USB devices and test again.

    * Make sure any third-party audio/video utilities or overlays are disabled temporarily.

    * If you recently updated Premiere, try installing the previous version just to see whether the behavior changes.

    Also, could you share:

    * your OS version

    * GPU

    * and whether this started immediately after an update or system change?

    That may help narrow down whether this is startup cache corruption, a plugin/background process issue, or something GPU/system related.
