Premiere pro not exporting, loads to the end. then stops, error 3

I have tried many things. exporting to a different area, changing the preferences. Error msg says theres an issue at 00:55:37:22 but my timeline only goes upto 46m and the video is only 5 mins in total. 4k footage.
