Premiere Pro Not Opening

Premiere Pro isn't opening on my laptop. I'm not having an issue with any other Adobe CC app, just Premiere Pro. I've tried opening different projects and also opening it directly. The opening image appears, but the program never actually starts. It just remains on the image.

    I am sorry that you are facing trouble using Premiere Pro.

    What are your system specs & which OS are you on?

    When was the last time when you were able to use Premiere Pro and did you make any changes recently?
