Premiere Pro Not Opening

Whenever I open premiere it opens normally and ever since yesterday, whenever I try to open it opens but whenever I try to open a recent project or create a new one it doesnt open and just shuts off! Can anyone help me please?

Sorry. Press Alt/Option and restart Premiere Pro to delete preferences. Is everything working now?

Same problem with version 15.4.1
