Premiere pro not opening

I try to open PP and message is go to system preferences to give acces to pictures folder on Mac Apple M1 but when preferences opening there is simply not that folder existing.

Thank you ! I went to that folder and sawt that it was locked ! Unlocked that and now PP work )))

Images seems like a correct French translation of 'Pictures'...but it's very strange that your user account's Images directory is locked...for your user account!

Any idea how/why that's happening?
