Hello Dani,

Hope you are doing well!

Thank you so much for the help. After installing NVIDIA driver 580.97, I am
able to work on Premiere Pro is v25.4.

Really appreciate your support and timely resolution.

Hi @Ayesha389455224qq1, sorry for the delay. Could you double-check and make sure you have the Studio driver installed, NOT Game Ready: NVIDIA Studio Driver 580.97Which Premiere Pro version do you need? The latest version of Premiere Pro is v25.4 not v25.2. Have you tried installing v25.3 or v25.4? Your 25.2 projects will still work with these updates.

Are you able to launch Premiere Pro? If you click to open the app and hold down a modifier key (like Shift), a Reset options dialog box will pop up before the application fully opens. Try reseting preferences (first make a backup of your preferences folder that is in this path C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\25.0\Profile-<profilename>). If you cannot open this dialog box, you can also find the same Profile-<profilename> folder and move it to another location while Premiere Pro is closed and it will create a new preferences folder next time you open Premiere Pro. Here is more info: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/reset-preferences.html

Hi @Ayesha389455224qq1,

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums and sorry you've been experiencing issues. We need a few more details to help like Premiere Pro Version you are on and hardware/system information. Please see How to Report a Problem.

Could you provide more details on these camera drivers and are you referring to webcam drivers? Do you know if these installed with other system updates? Are you able to uninstall them or roll them back a version?

Sorry for the frustration,
Dani

Hi Dani,

Thank you for responding!

I am referring to my laptop's inbuilt camera. when i laptop camera was
showing an error i contacted microsoft support and the support executive
updated my camera drivers and firmware. my camera issue got resolved but
after that when i opened premier pro it did not open. i contacted support
and i was with him on chat for approx. 2-3 hours after doing all the
trouble shooting he told me that i have to work on the base version as he
was unable to find out the root cause of the issue. i informed him that i
can only work on old version for the time being, he asked me to contact
again after 5 days as this needs to be researched.
This is affecting my work as i am You Tube content creator. I just want my
latest version back. please find below all the details that you have asked
for.
If you need any further information please feel free to contact.
i hope that this resolves soon.

Best Regards,
Ayesha
