Premiere Pro not playing back properly

Anyone else experiencing no playback in premiere at the moment?

I've got so much editing work due at the moment and Premiere's just refusing to play anything sometimes.

Not really sure what to do, I've done all the suggestions. Changed my audio hardware settings, and messed with all my visual settings, but I have everything on what should be the quickest speeds. I'm working in 1/8 as well.

The only thing that's slightly worked has been moving to a different workspace (?) That sorted it out for a bit and then it just decided not to work in any workspace.

MAC - Apple M3 MAX, 48GB 2023

MacOS - Sequoia 15.3.2
