Premiere Pro not responding after go into Export window

Adobe Premiere Pro not responding while exporting the sequence file, nor the cursor moved on edit & import option.

I am using Premiere Pro 2022 v 22.6.4

Kindly find the attached file for your reference.

I am facing this issue on multiple systems in my organization.
