Premiere Pro "Not Responding" Can't open old or new projects

I've updated my Premiere 2020 and now I'm unable to open new and old projects. No matter what I do the program ends up in a frozen screen of "Not Responding." 

Things that i already tried:

- uninstalling the application

- updating my drivers

- reinstalling graphic driver

- windows upgrade (data repair)

- uninstalling all adobe programs / use adobe cleaner , reinstalling

- use ccleaner, delete registry rubbish and everything with adobe

- search my C:// for adobe and delete everything that ive found

- put out some usb cable

- reinstalling audio drivers

- put out the cables from alle monitor step by step (using 4 monitors)

- turn off windows defender/firewall, antivirus

- turn off internet

- delete preferences/plugins (shift+alt)

Sitting since 3 days ,5 hours each day to look for a fix ... maybe here someone can help me. .
