Premiere pro not responding when exporting

My Premiere pro is crahsing when i export ive reset prefences, cleared cache files, tried software only instead of gpu excellerated. This is so frusterating because it takes hours and itl be almost done and then it just freezes and says program not responding. Please Someone help ASAP!
