Première pro ‘not responding’ while Working on project

Question

Help me please. I was working on a project for about 3 hours, I tried importing a picture into premiere pro and it suddenly froze ("not responding" at the top) is there a way I can force save my work with any shortcut by any chance? I don't want to lose my project and start a new one. I don't think I have auto save on and my pc has the minimum requirements to run premiere pro properly.

These things do happen from time to time

The best way to avoid having to start from scratch is to save as often as possible.

Get used to using Command+S (Mac) or Control+S (PC) as part of your workflow

Auto save is also good to enable should you not be comfortable saving manually every few minutes
