Premiere Pro Not Showing Timed Text Scaling (pop effect) after exporting.

Hello! So yesterday night I finished editing a 1 minute Tik Tok video. I had a pop effect that I learned from Adobe in a Minute (youtuber). I had set the scaling to timed, then 0 key frames, 110 key frames, to 95 key frames, and finally to 100. When exporting it, it came out as a normal text with no scaling or effects at all, and also it wasn't centered properly. In other words, the video didn't change, however the text changed completely. 

Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!
