Premiere pro not using the right gpu

Premiere pro is using my integrated graphics instead of my gtx 1070. Cant get to gpu sniffer to change this and adding the card to cuda_supportedcards.txt did not work. Someone please help.

    If you're using anything later than the CS6 version of  PrPro, there is not supported card list within PrPro. If it sees that there's a card with sufficient power & vRAM, it uses it.

    So ... what's your OS, is this a laptop or desktop, a few things about your hardware.

    Also ... if a desktop, one can frequently go into the BIOS and disable the onboard graphics as they are so negligible as to be useless with a full GPU card added.
