I asked the help desk yesterday for a solution - Ahvid said I need the 2018 version and he would send me the link ...... still waiting. Perhaps someone here could post the link to download the 2018 version. Thanks if you can.

do you have a subscription. If you open the cc app, you should see the "other versions" available for download. the version numbers are little confusing. Premiere 2018 is 12. whatever
