Premiere pro , on timeline at audio volumn is not a middle.

But this position that is 0dB. I want to make it in middle please...

A couple of versions ago, when the gain range in the clip was changed from +12 to +15db, the line was changed to reflect the position of  0db on an audio slider- which is above center:

As far as I know, this is not adjustable.
