Premiere Pro one millisecond: HELP ASAP!

Every video clip I add to Premiere Pro is coming up as one millisecond yet audio files are fine? I tried placing already rendered videos and they were fine as well. I'm not really sure whats happening or how to fix it?!

    I've tried all of that, basically i'll put in a 16 minute video clip and it'll only take 1 millisecond into premiere!

    CPU?

    RAM?

    GPU?

    vRAM?

    OS version?

    Premiere Pro version?

    Footage Codec?

    Sequence settings?
