Hi all,

Our system requirements are more than the recommended one. But even though when we initiate the output through Media Encoder or Export option it takes more than 1 to 2 hrs to get the output done even for a 10 or 20 mins input video file. Please assist us the way to improvise our premiere pro performance.

OS: Window 10 pro
Processor: Intel Xeon Processor
RAM: 64 GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia T1000 8GB

We also did clear the cache mem from the adobe - common - Media Cache or Media Cache Files folders too still same.

That may not be unusual depending upon your media, effects and transitions used, export settings, and hard drive setup.

Can you share a screenshot of your export settings?

It would also be helpful to know:

    1. What media are you using? Frame size and frame rate?
    2. Where is your media stored?
    3. What is your sequence frame size and frame rate?
    4. What is your sequence audio sample rate?
    5. Are you using any effects?

    Cheers,
    Paul
