Premiere Pro Pitch Shift: No FormantPreseve, Or Fine Tune

I am using premiere pro, I am using the pitch shift. I wanted to make the voice squeeky but I think some options are missing. I don't see formantPreserve, or Fine tune.

I am using 2018 version and I'm on a mac.

    Might want to open the custom setup.

    What do you mean by custom setup? And how do I get there?

    Ok, I know what custom setup is. The formantPreserve Isn't in custom setup. Only Precision and pitch settings.
