Premiere Pro playback speed WAY TO FAST!

I have been making some youtube videos and movies lately and after some time Premiere Pro started to play the media way faster than it should. The audio is perfectly fine. I have tried many methods to fix this problem but none of them have worked. Is there any other way to fix this problem?

What kind of media is in use here?  What camera was used to shoot?
