Premiere Pro plugin distribution

I have developed an AI application that automatically obscures sensitive areas in images to facilitate appropriate content moderation. I am considering integrating this functionality into a plugin to enhance user experience. I have three questions:

1. The plugin enables users to utilize machine learning models that automatically obscure sensitive areas. While the plugin itself does not include any explicit or sensitive content, the model was trained on a dataset containing such images. Does this comply with Adobe’s policies?

2. Is this policy applicable only when distributing the plugin through the Creative Cloud Marketplace, or does it also apply when distributing the plugin via our own commerce platform?

3. When distributing the plugin through our website or commerce platform (not using the Marketplace), do we need permission from Adobe, or are there any associated fees?

Correct answer Bruce Bullis

1 and 2: I have no idea, but the Adobe Exchange team may be able to provide guidance.
3: You can do whatever you like with your extension/plugin, no fees.
