Premiere Pro Preview

Hello everyone

I came up for two errors in premiere pro.

I use windows 11 on a pretty good machine, and I've just updated my premiere pro version (regular one and beta too), to the latest one, but suddenly it got the worst error I've ever faced.

Every single edit I do on my timeline is not showing on my program monitor, even small edits, like re-positioning or cropping a photo/video.

I tried rendering the video and it works, but when I re-do or add an effect it happens again.

And the second error is even worse, when I render the video it's pretty good, but when I export it to my files it becomes smaller.

I tried all these solutions: re-updating, using adobe creative cloud cleaner tool, updating windows and nvidia drivers, playing with the settings inside premiere. .etc

By the way, this problem is only in premiere pro, aftereffects is still great.
