Premiere Pro problems after updating to version 23.3.0 build 61

Hi everyone,

My machine is fairly new, May 2022.

Nvidia GeForce RTX3070 graphics, 64GbRAM, 2Tb SSD, Win 10 Pro, Z690 Aorus Ultra MB.

Since updating to version 23.3.0 build 61, a couple of things have become issues:

1: I work from templates I created with a specific workspace covering two screens, plus specific configurations to a number of video and audio bins. Many of these configs have disappeard and reverted to a standard 'list' look. Even when re-creating my desired bin looks, then closing and re-opening the same file, the bin looks revert again.

2: When exporting to Media Encoder, the file naming convention automatically applys an '_1' to the file name, despite there being no item of the same file name in the target folder.

A: Is anyone else experiencing similar?

B: Any ideas on how to fix these issues please?
