Just recently upgraded edit machine from 2017 Imac Intel to Apple Stufio ULtra 3. I have a massive Premiere Pro project that will not open and work. Tried dumping prefs, cache, plugins in addition to doing complete clean re-install of Creative Suite. I am devasted right now. I've tried creating a new project and importing individual sequences, import as project shortcut , I am at my wit's end as this a a project that I've been working on for over 2 years . I absolutely hate Adobe now and do plan on migrating to Resolve eventually but I have to get this project open . I have been using premier since the beginning and with each update the software get's worse.  If there is anyone from Adobe that can figure this out I would relaly appreciate it.

Hi Zumarider,

We're sorry about the poor experience. Please let us know the version of Premiere Pro you are currently using & the version of Premiere in which this project was last saved. Also, where are the media files stored (internal/external/network drive) & are you using any third-party plugins/effects? We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Sumeet

What error are you getting?

What happens if you launch Premiere Pro holding Shift and using the Reset Options?

What happens if you try to open the project with all of the source media offline?

By any chance, was the project opened and saved in version 25.6.0?
