Premiere Pro Project File and Auto Save Files

Hello,

I have a user where their Adobe Premiere Project File has hit 0KB and all of their auto save files have become 0KB as well. This Premiere Project File is on LucidLink. I'm trying to get more context from the situation to identify if this is something from LucidLink or from Adobe Premiere Pro. The user is using Adobe Premiere Pro 2022. 

Has anyone experienced this issue and is there a way to recover a file that has 0KB?
