Premiere pro rendered file suddenly video jump to the beginning of the file

Question

Hi, I need help to solve problem with premiere pro. After I randered the .mxf file, then I played the file. At first it was fine until certain parts, the continuous video will jump from the begining of the file again but the audio still remain as if the video did not jump from start, thus the audio and video no longer in sync.

The duration of the file increase from the original file before editing in premiere pro.

After I rander again the file without changing anything, the problem solve.

It happended for few times already and I am not sure where should I fixed.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
