Premiere Pro requires access to the following folder(s): Desktop

Can’t open the latest Premiere Pro 26.2.2.

When I try to open it I get this message - “Premiere Pro requires access to the following folders: Desktop”

When I open system preferences Premiere has Full Disk Access.

By the way 25.6.5 version works fine. The problem is that I have a project in newest version.

Any solutions?

Check out the Files and Folders category there, as well. That's gotten me before, as well.

thanks for replay, but in Files and Folders Full Disk Access is granted.

Just updated macOS to latest updates, but the problem is still there.
