Premiere Pro requires access to the following folder(s): Movies, Public NOT WORKING

As the post says, I cannot find a way to grant Premiere Pro access in Security & Privacy, as it asks. I looked up the issue and found a solution for the Public folder, but I cannot find a solution for the Movies folder. Can anyone help, or does anyone else have this issue?
