Premiere Pro shutting down whenever rendering video and lagging while editing

Hi,  I am facing a problem with Adobe Premiere Pro which is whenever I am trying to render a video it shuts down automatically and lagging while editing the video (never lagged so much previously) and the cpu usage is peaking 70% for no reason (never happen before) in only Premiere Pro. I have tried to render the file through Media encoder but same thing happens it shuts down immediately as I press export...  PC Specs (all the latest drivers and Updates) Ryzen 5 5600X + Stock CoolerGigabyte 2060 Super Windforce OCGigabyte B550 AX V2 Trident Z Neo 32GB (16GB×2) WD SN570 500GBWD 1TB Corsair CV550 No idea how imp it is, but I am still mentioning it... I have runned Cinebench 2024 stress test for CPU Single & Multi core, GPU test and in 1st test of CPU multi core it cleared but in 2nd test 1st time of GPU stress test it shut down but after that when i done again it cleared...  So that's all what I have done till now.. Can someone help... If you need any other info related to this I can provide that too!

Please tell us your source properties and sequence settings...    codec, pixel dimensions, frame rate are probably sufficient.  If you need help finding this info, post back.    and as far as your second post, I think kglad, moved your question to the appropriate forum (which is where I saw it) so hopefully you'll get the help you need here.
