Premiere Pro Speech to Text Transcribe button is disabled

Question

have a paid subscription - everything updated. everything okay and the transcribe button is greyed out.  no luck with any of the suggestions from any of the adobe support community. I work at home, my own computer, own internet.

Hi Diana,Sorry.Have you verified your subscription?Is it expired or active?Is the subscription information showing any warnings?If your subscription is active:Are you getting a bad auth token warning?Have you checked for blocked ports?Do you have any third-party plug-ins or services installed?Do you have the most current version of Premiere Pro installed?If nothing else is working, contact us.
