Premiere Pro spinning wheel when opening with a second monitor connected - Mac

When loading up any project without a second monitor connected i have no issues. However with a second monitor connected via hdmi I get a spinning wheel crash. I am running MacOS Monterey v12.4 and Premiere Pro 2022.

Same issue also with After Effects.

Can we get the specs of your Mac computer? CPU/GPU/RAM/HD? Not all Macs are built with the right components to support multiple monitors. I hope we can advise you.
