All other creative cloud products work.

A Domain Admin can also run premiere succesfully.

No, we dont use local accounts, i made the domain user a member of the local admin group on the machine.

Got it.

I was suggesting you do use a local account.  Make it Admin.  This is how Premiere Pro runs best.

Hi Phil Warren,

Sorry for the inconvenience. The faulty module is dvaui.dll. As mentioned by Jim Simon, Premiere Pro require Full Control access to function. Please check the permissions. Instructions: fixing permissions problem that impedes start of Adobe applications | Creative Cloud blog by Adobe

Thanks,

Vidya.

I have checked permissions and they have full control on their roaming Adobe folder. I have also made them a local admin on the machine but i am still getting the same error.

I have also made them a local admin on the machine

Does that mean you've created a new Admin account on the machine?  (Not a domain account.)

It does often seem as though Premiere Pro runs best when using a local Admin account.
