Premiere Pro stuck on "Connecting to Dynamic Link server" after renewing my subscription. My sequence has disappeared.

Hi everyone,

I just renewed my Creative Cloud subscription, and now my Premiere Pro project completely freezes on the 'Connecting to Dynamic Link server...' progress bar. The file size is 202 KB.

To make things worse, any time I manage to bypass this or open any recent Auto-Save files, the project loads completely empty. The specific sequence I need has completely disappeared from my saves, and it is not showing up in my Team Projects history either.
 

Since this started right after my subscription renewal, could this be a cloud synchronization error on Adobe's end? Is there any way for enterprise/team support to check the servers for a previous version or backup of this sequence? Any help would be appreciated!
