Premiere Pro stuck on “Rendering files...”

I've been working on this project for a couple of days now, and one day my whole time line appears red, which means I have to render it. I press enter to render, and the rendering bar doesn't load at all, and the words just say "Rendering Files...". I left it on all night in hopes of it rendering, but it stayed the same. Any suggestions?
