Premiere Pro super slow performance on MacBook Pro M2

Hello! I just installed Premiere Pro on my MacBook Pro 16 GB M2 and the render performance is REALLY BAD!.

 The clip is HVEC 47 seconds 4K and took over 5 minutes to analize and more than to Stabilize. ( using the Warp Stabilizer ). 

Adobe Premiere Pro Version 24.2.1 

MacOS Ventura 13.6.4

A "similar" stabilization in Apple Final Cut Pro took almost 30 seconds. The diference in performance is really too much. 

I have being editing video on FCPX from 5 years now but the program lacks of development has made me to try Adobe Premiere Pro.  ( apologies English is not my native language ).

Is there any solution regarding improving performance on Mac M2?
