Premiere Pro : Surround a moving object

Hey !

I'm a newbie en Premiere Pro and I'm making a short video with a video screenshot.

On Premiere Pro, I'd like to know if it's possible to circle my moving cursor. A bit like the Gaussian blur but here with a circle arround my cursor... Seems quiet simple but can't manage to find how I should do this.

Any help? 🙂

Hi jaisika,

It sounds like you first need to create a circle that you'll position around your cursor. In the Effects Controls Panel, you'll probably want to uncheck "Fill" and check "Stroke." If your cursor is moving and you want the circle to follow the cursor, then that may be quite a bit more keyframing work. You can keyframe it by hand if it's not very long and doesn't have much movement. Or you can look into tracking.

Be more specific with your question because is not easy to understand. Would you like to extract the cursor from clip captured?

No, I need to make it more visible. I thought about putting a circle (like the shape with only the border) around my cursor in the vidéo, and make it follow the cursor. But I don't know how to do it. I guess I have to use AE, isn't it?

If you make your screening with QuickTime you have a checkbox to make a cicle around the cursor when you make a clic, but if you are using another software surely it has too this option, so, find it.
