I'm usuing premiere pro, and I do not have anything in the tab up top to use on the video. like the assembly, editing, color, effects, audio, graphics, and libraries. How do I get those to show up?

That little icon to the far right, just left of the warning triangle  ... click on that for the drop down list of workspaces.

You can select an option from the list to show more than one workspace, but you need to click on the line that appears to the left of the workspaces name and drag it to the left.
