I am experiencing serious performance and stability issues with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Problems:
- Premiere Pro takes a very long time to open.
- The application frequently freezes during editing.
- Sometimes the interface becomes completely unresponsive.
- After spending hours editing, projects often get stuck on the save screen and fail to save properly.
- This issue happens almost every day and affects my workflow.

Troubleshooting already attempted:
- Cleared Media Cache.
- Restarted the application and system.
- Issue still persists.

Expected behavior:
Premiere Pro should open quickly, remain responsive during editing, and save projects reliably without freezing.

I would be interested to know what computer and the specs of that computer are. I used to run Premier Pro on my iMac and the program worked well for a few hours and then stopped working because it could no longer handle the Premier Pro load.

To help with this, it would be useful to know a few details:

    • The media you are working with, including codec, frame size, and frame rate.
    • The sequence settings, including frame size and frame rate.

In my experience, long sequences are one of the most common causes of instability in Premiere Pro. This is why I prefer to work in segments. How long are your sequences typically? Less than 5 minutes, or longer than 30 minutes?
