Premiere Pro (Tested 2018, 2023, 2024) - Application Error

Currently on Windows Insider Preview 11 version 25987.1000. Just a little over a week ago, Premiere, along with a few other Adobe apps, suddenly started giving me the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application" Tried a few methods from other similar posts, but none have worked. Does anyone know a fix?
