"premiere pro the help system was not initialized"

Hello,

 

Go to Premier's latest version of Help and click on "Premier Pro Help"

Only the message "premiere pro the help system was not initialized" appears.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

    Hello @Parker_Park,

    I got your message. I have seen this before. Have you tried reinstalling Premiere Pro? That should work. Let us know if it does or not. I apologize for the hassle.
