I've tried looking through prpro typescript definitions, and the PrPro sample CEP panel, but I can't seem to find any solid information regarding events related to timeline changes.
Basically I just need to be able to receive info that the user has scrubbed the timeline. Any suggestions?

There is no such message. What would you do, in response to the user having scrubbed?
