Premiere Pro timeline problem

I am using Premiere 2024 and I encountered a problem. I put this problem in the video. If you have a solution, tell me. I will be happy and this problem will be solved. Thank you,

    In one of your posts, you said "I am using Premiere 2024 and I encountered a problem in the timeline, it goes from 00:29 to 1, then 1:29, then 2, then 2:29, then 3, and so on."

     

    The final numbers are FRAMES. If your sequence has 29 frames per second, it counts up to 29, adds a second, then goes back to zero.
