Premiere Pro Timeline/Scource Monitor/Program Monitor problem?

Hello, I'm having trouble on Premiere Pro, whenever I play my edit on the Timeline, the marker won't move, as so as the Program monitor, but the Audio is working fine, is playing whatever is on my edit. Anyone have any idea how to solve this?

Im using on Windows 10, with RTX 2080 SUPER, 64gb RAM,

I also have updated the NVIDIA drivers to the latest update(452.06 version).
