Hello, i have problem with my Handy Seamless transition pack. When I open the project in Premiere Pro CC 2019, It says the project is old and I must convert It. When I open It in Premiere Pro CC 2018, It says the project is created in newer version of program and I can't open It. When I convert the file in CC 2019, the transitions isn't working.

When i click OK all looks good but i can't see the transitions. its only black screen. I try to open It on cc 2018 12.1.1

One of the issues with using plug-ins and "packs", all the third-party products, is they can at times be version specific. So you need to maintain a relationship with the vendor you buy such tools from as Premiere version changes occur.

The Red Giant suites, as another example, are heavily used in pro work, and often require re-connecting with Reg Giant for "major" version changes in Premiere.
