premiere pro update 25.5

I updated Premiere Pro to the latest version 25.5 , and now I can’t access it — the application closes immediately upon opening. The Adobe Creative Cloud window also appears. What should I do? Once the error message is sent, will I receive instructions on how to proceed?

Is your Creative Cloud application running when you launch Premiere?

Also please post your computer specs and any 3rd party plugins you use.

i’m using a MacBook Pro, and yes — the Creative Cloud application is running when I launch Premiere. The only third-party plugin I have installed is Premiere Composer. Thanks!
