Premiere Pro Update - Video not displaying

I just updated Premiere Pro to the latest version released at Adobe Max. Now I am having an issue with importing video and it not displaying. You can hear the audio but you can't see the footage, just appears black. One clip was an mp4 and the other an mov. I even tried converting to a different file format but that doesn't work. I am working on Windows 7 computer, 32 bit.

Please HELP!

After a lot of trail and error, I believe Windows 10 is the issue here. Unfortunately I am reverting my software back to the previous Adobe CC version.

Thanks to those of you who responded and helped me in determining the issue. I am so sad that I can't use the newest version. Really wish Adobe would make it CLEAR that Windows 10 is needed. Adobe  Requirements makes it seem like Windows 7 is okay

You can't install any version of Premiere Pro past CS5.5 on a 32 bit computer.  And the latest version 12 kind of needs Windows 10 in order to work properly.  So there's that.

    Assuming 32 is a typo.

Appears black? Where? Project window, source monitor, timeline?

You have to be more specific on what you did and what is your computer settup.

Everything is blank. Source panel and timeline. You can see the video in the project panel but when you open it, it is black

There is still the Windows 10 issue.
